I have problems with such situations like below. Price is near its monthly low and on H1 there is H3 momo bar and I would short when price touches higher blue rectangle. And on the other hand I see fat cat S&R and I would go long on the bounce of the lower blue area. What do you usually do with ...

I also use CC. At AUDUSD there was triple confirmation with momo bar (at M45 and H1)
