when the last red candle go to the bottom, closed. then second green candle closed, why the green colour zone/ long signal didn't show up?

hi tro, sorry i am still quite new. so far only play demo. the chart above is very colorful but i felt confused. if i just want a simple indicator or signal to show me price now is within 20 pips from daily low/high, and is after 3 metafor, so i can trigger an entry long/short. which one i should us...
