BNY Mellon Bolsters Board of Directors With Two Senior Additions

BNY Mellon, a global asset manager provider of financial and investment services, has strengthened its Board of Directors with two additions, electing Linda Z. Cook and Jennifer B. Morgan as its two newest independent directors, who both join the Board with immediate effect, according to a BNY statement.

Per the additions of Ms. Cook and Morgan, BNY Mellon’s Board will now boast fourteen total directors, of which thirteen are independent. In particular, Ms. Cook will join the Corporate Governance and Nominating and Risk Committees of BNY Mellon’s Board of Directors.
