CFTC Approves Supplemental Proposal to Automated Trading Regulation

In a speech given by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman, Timothy Massad today, a supplemental proposal to Automated Trading Regulation (RegAT) designed to address the increased use of automated trading in the markets was approved.
