Matthias Janssen Quits BNP Paribas to Join UniCredit as Co-Head German ECM

Matthias Janssen has left BNP Paribas to join UniCredit as co-head of equity capital markets for Germany alongside Alexander Vart in Frankfurt, according to a Reuters report today.

The new structure comes into effect from 15 November. Both Janssen and Vart will report to Stefania Godoli, global head of ECM and will be responsible for ECM origination and execution in Germany as well as overseeing activity in Austria.
