Trading in the Australian Market Suspended for the Day Following Technical Issues

Australia’s stock exchange (ASX) has suspended trading for the rest of the day after a technical glitch delayed the open by an hour, ahead of key US and Japan central bank meetings this week.

The technical issue is reported to be related to the systems failing to receive orders from stockbrokers and other market participants.
