Just stopped out at BE +1. That was close, price was up about +14 at one point. I wanted to let that run a bit to at least +20 before grabbing pips.

I have been thinking about HTF (higher timeframe) analysis and LTF (lower timeframe) entry with tight stops. . . Just experimenting with the concept here. Entered short as price was near/below the yellow zone as defined on the HTF chart Daily chart. Now waiting...

My experience has been that when reactions from a level (say 1.4515) becomes weaker and weaker each time,
a breakout beyond that level is imminent. Just some thoughts.

Thanks Jrtrading for your feedback. Its funny, I was thinking about that too...specifically, how many times could a zone like that get re-tested. I was thinking it would be best maybe after the first re-test as it would help define a zone. Beyond that to me it felt like a real gamble. (which is why I kept that S/l tight then to Break even). So yeah, again thanks for all your input, I really appreciate it.

I have been fascinated by the 1-2-3 strategy for a while after reading a lot of what is shared in dchappy's thread and other threads on this forum. Here is a setup I found this morning where my "Sell" entry just got hit.

I wanted some quick pips, so I took some quick pips, plus price slowed down....Out now.

Here is a beautiful 1-2-3. . . . I missed this one by a candle or two, so did not get in....just watching it sail downwards now.
No worries...there will be others :D

I did not see a nice 1-2-3 setup on the 15 minute this morning, so took a quick and easy Breakout for about +12 pips.

Now I am taking the 1-2-3 to the upside in Asia session...yellow line pretty much in the same place as this morning in NY session.
