Don't know if your still a green rat, so I marked up a possible long and short trade. This is my very basic use of angles that I have started to use and is working extremely well.

Or a really easy trade would have been just looking at the pivots and seeing you had a highrt high and a lower low (possible trend change). Then add in you had a double top/head and shoulder setup forming with the triple top/2nd shoulder possibly forming in a bear momo at an extreme.

I remember from years (09') ago a quote that I used to regurgitate.
I think I got it from the no brainer trades website (steve w.)

One thing that I have thought of recently.

Most everyone says NEVER have a big loss.
That is not true.
To protect ones capital a person can NEVER have a big drawdown which would make a big loss IMPOSSIBLE.

I'm sure aliassmith said something to this nature but can't remember his exact words.

I know TRO doesn't believe in trends but I do.
This here is a trend that has got to change.
In the markets we can not change a trend but in life most can be altered. Not all but most.

In 2 yrs Ive lost 8lbs and gained 1.5" on my waist?

As of about 2 weeks ago my diet has been MUCH improved. Like this morning. Mmmmmm

And Ive even started doing crossfit InVictus again for the Metcon and cardio conditioning.
I got 3 of my kids to go up to the track and do 30min of non-stop circuits.
Run, burpee-chins, wall climbs, and box jump-overs.

Kinda sad my bmi is the best in 5 yrs according to the establishment BUT my actual heath is the worst ever.
Highest /best score too of all three tests.
Got a 98 of 100.

Weaker, less muscle, and waaaaaaay out of shape.
So much for Government recomendations.
