Gil Mandelzis to Step Down from CEO Position at ICAP’s EBS BrokerTec

Gil Mandelzis has decided to relinquish his position as Chief Executive Officer at ICAP plc’s EBS BrokerTec unit which houses the electronic trading divisions of the company. Mandelzis will be leaving the company after a new CEO has been appointed.

Commenting on the announcement, the CEO of CEO of ICAP, Michael Spencer, said, “Gil Mandelzis has been a truly outstanding leader of our Electronic Markets division, playing a central role in the successful expansion and integration of the EBS and BrokerTec businesses.”
