The past several months have been dominated by the stabilization in the US economic cycle and reduction in system risk. While the market has been steadily upgrading its view of the US's domestic recoveries, we doubt that this process is done. We believe that the upcoming macro news - decent activity data and benign inflation - is likely to provide a further boost to the US market index.
We see greater upside on the S&P 500 index. Do you have the same view?
We continue to favor being overweight the US stock market.
