One question: not sure, what is in the right value column.
It supposed to be difference between current value and value
from the left column, which seems to be in pips for price values.
However, for indicators - not clear. SMA(200) gives -208.
Is it pips or percentages?

Yes, it is the difference between the current price and the value, in pips, where that makes sense or it is the difference between the current and previous values of the indicator.
For the moving averages, it is current price - moving average.
For the moving averages, it is current price - moving average.
