lol I need to fix that bad habit too #-o
Nice shot btw!
Can I ask you how do you trade?

On your charts I see the same patterns I’d look for (doji zones/DCHappy’s 1-2-3s), thanks Pawel

Read the story.... dont stop at the cover.

doji

Thank You Doji, I like this. Provokes thought. Sometimes its easy to assume that a book will be action/adventure by looking at just the title + picture, and we (I) forget all about the drama.

thanks Mira

sure
i mainly trade the order flow
so i dont look as much to the charts
more to the DOM
its basically watching how levels trade
and then placing yourself in that context
i could try to explain more but thats whole another post

as far as chart patterns go
it looks like we all trade the same ---- but we dont
doji zones work
dc's 1-2-3s work
so they should all often point to the same places
you know what i mean?

Yes, I know. The price is the same!
Very interesting by the way, I’ve always been intrigued by DOM, order clusters etc. However I moved 100% on charts when I found that having access to those data and knowledge isn’t always that simple, at least for newbies I mean.

probably last trade of the day
my lovely girl is coming over later today
and i need to clean this place up lol

past 3 days i didnt share the trades here
well actually yesterday i managed to only trade that one that i shared
anyway i still get logged out from time to time ---- it comes and goes
so not THAT thrilled to fight that while scalping
keep in mind that even tho i might not be posting sometimes ---- im still reading

BUT!

i wanted to take a minute and say a few things
first of all ---- i love this place
this is hands down the best trading community online
i said it already in the first post of this thread but this board opened my eyes
and i love it even more since i started this thread
seeing Alias killing it
DC killing it
Lem killing it IN THE HARDEST MARKET ON EARTH
you know how valueable that is?
it gives me so much

trading is a lonely job for the most part
and that can sometimes get to your head
as es/pip once said: "its weird that we push buttons and larges sums of money just appear in our accounts"
its super fkn strange

actually everything started for me when i saw es/pip live scalping the currencies years ago
that fkn dude was unstoppable
and i was doing OK at the time ---- had my ups and downs
but you know that feeling as a kid when the worst words you know are: "gosh dang it"
and then your older friend goes: "fkn motherfker piece of sht"
and you go "ooooooooh so THATS POSSIBLE" haha
and he did that to me
he made me work harder
but most importantly he made me see whats possible

you guys know the story about the 4 minute mile?
for decades people were trying to run 1 mile in under 4 minutes
even doctors were saying that its impossible for humans
and finally on may 6th, 1954 dude named Roger Bannister did it
then only six weeks later John Landy went sub 4 minutes and many followed after that
psychologically it just became available

the POINT IS!
you very rarely see good traders
and i WANT TO see people KILLING the markets
i feed of others success
i dont want to see people failing around me and feeling like im doing something borderline impossible
I WANT TO SEE ALIAS TAKING $2000 IN 6 MINUTES ON NASDAQ THEN GOING "SEE YA"
AND GO BURN HIS SKIN OFF ON AN ISLAND WHILE SIPPING ON A STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
makes it all a lot lighter

so to you boys ---- thank you for sticking around
i appreciate you

i really need to start tidying this place up now lol

thank you!

well oder flow analysis is one whole world
the chart analysis is another
and the fundamentals is yet another (i know the least about it but i knew some outstanding guys)

and im pretty sure you only need one
its like in life in general
no matter what you pick you just need to become tunnel vision and outperform

and in the end we all end up taking the same moves

That's great to hear. Took me a while to begin posting here as it was an intimidating place! Mucho Hardcore! It took much persuasion by Avery and my very much missed friend Pippy to finally drag me round.

Then MO shouted at me and my mate Wanna, lol. Good start.

Turns out he was a pussycat (well, maybe wouldn't go that far :P ).

All of a sudden, this place felt like a great place to be. A place where trading was taken seriously. A place where even after so many years in the game - sooooooooooooooooooooooooo many years - you can still learn something new.

I am glad that you and the other newcomers (who maybe stay a bit more in the background - and that's fine) have stuck around. I was determined that I would try and do my bit to keep the light on in this part of the galaxy. Looks like it'll keep shining for a good while yet.

(You've missed that sock lying in the corner :P )
