INTL FCStone Adds Diane Cooper to its Board of Directors

INTL FCStone Inc., a global provider of financial services, announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Diane Cooper to its board of directors. In her new position, Cooper will help guide the business as it continues to expand.

In 2016, Cooper retired as an executive officer of General Electric, where she had worked for three decades. From 2009 up until 2016, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital’s Commercial Distribution Business.
