Affiliate Group Investoo Secures James McCarthy as General Counsel

Foreign exchange and CFDs trading affiliate Investoo Group announced in a statement today that it has hired James McCarthy as General Counsel. In this role, McCarthy will provide strategic and risk-sensitive legal advice to the firm.

As General Counsel at Investoo, McCarthy will help the firm formalise its internal governance policies. He will also ensure the company is compliant with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
