FCA Alerts Public to Yet Another Unlicensed Cryptocurrency Broker

A lesser-known cryptocurrency and FX broker called KayaFX was just blacklisted by the UK’s financial regulator after the company in question apparently claimed that it operated ‎with an FCA license.

The City watchdog has clarified that the ‎company in question does not, in fact, have any valid license of any kind, ‎stating that KayaFX is not authorized to provide ‎investment services or activities in the country.‎

KayaFX is the latest company to come under ‎scrutiny by the watchdog. The broker is operating from ‎the site https://kayafx.com, purporting ‎to be registered in UK and Tallinn, Estonia.‎
