First Middle Eastern Crypto License Granted to Dubai Trader

The first license to trade cryptocurrency in the Middle East has been granted to Regal RA DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Center), a gold trading company based in Dubai. Regal RA also has offices in Canada and the United States.

In a statement, DMCC Executive Chairman Ahmed Bin Sulayem said that “At the heart of DMCC’s long term strategic growth plan is the use of technology and innovation to disrupt and connect new markets, industries and customers.

“The announcement today embodies this approach,” he continued.
