Shimon Citron, Director and CEO of EZTrader Inc. (EZTD), has turned in his resignation, effective May 15, 2017. Shimon Citron is not merely someone who filled an executive position – he founded the company itself. Mr. Citron has been with the firm since day one, back when it was established in 2001. He then went on to become the CEO on June 1, 2008.
