sooo now that my broker isnt allowed in the US anymore, anyone have suggestions for a new one? or is gain capital decent?

I would find it highly unlikely for lightning to strike the same place twice.
That is to say, if Gain capital is corrupt, it would be kind of stupid for them to put themselves front-and-center to where the CFTC & NFA are already highly focused.

That being said, this might involve transitioning to new trading software (or not)...might be a good time to investigate other options in general, before you get into a new comfort zone with a new company.

If they keep fxcm's marketscope2.0 i might stick with Gain then. love the software. I saw somewhere on here some people use MB trading so maybe ill get a demo and try that out, thanks!
