Tullett Prebon adds Andrew Baddeley as CFO, Paul Mainwaring Steps Down

According to filings with the London Stock Exchange, Tullett Prebon plc, listed under the ticker symbol TLPR, has today announced the appointment of Andrew Baddeley as the new Chief Financial Officer at the company.

Mr. Baddeley’s predecessor Paul Mainwaring is stepping down after almost a decade as Group Finance Director, according to the update.

As part of the new role, Mr. Baddeley will also join Tullett Prebon’s Board as an Executive Director, to commence a week from today on May 13th, while his appointment as an executive officer is with immediate effect, as per the update.
