Stater Global Markets Appoints Simon Henry as Head of Compliance

Stater Global Markets (Stater), an institutional prime of prime brokerage, has just announced that it has appointed Simon Henry as Head of Compliance. Mr Henry’s core role is to ensure the company is fully compliant with its obligations under its UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) license.

Mr Henry joins Stater with over 20 years of experience in the FX industry, with 17 of them being in compliance-based roles. During his career, he has held positions such as Head of Compliance at GAIN Capital Forex.com, London Capital Group, ETX Capital, LMAX Exchange and Goldenway Global Investments.
