Stater Blockchain Investor Long Blockchain Delisted After Acquiring 9.9% Stake

The minority investor in Stater Blockchain, Long Blockchain has been delisted from NASDAQ, the company said in a regulatory filing. The news comes a couple of weeks after the firm made an investment into Stater Global Markets which at the time was worth around $3 million.

With the deal between the companies being transacted in shares of Long Blockchain, the amount has been materially affected by the latest batch of news. The value of a single share of the company was worth about a third of the amount which was discussed by the companies back in March.
