Playtech Appoints Claire Milne as Non-­Executive Director

Playtech PLC (LSE:PTEC) has appointed a board member today. The gaming company’s newest addition is Claire Milne who joins the list of independent Non-­Executive Directors. She will also join a number of committees which are relevant to there expertise – the Remuneration Committee, the Risk & Compliance Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Nominations Committee.

Mrs Milne joins the Board as an acclaimed industry expert in eGaming and technology. The regulatory compliance expertise she has after 20 years of experience in advising gaming and financial services clients is bringing a key hire to Playtech’s board.
