Israeli Publishes Draft Law Concerning Money Laundering and Cryptocurrency

Israel has taken a step forward in regulation cryptocurrency with draft legislation concerning money laundering via cryptocurrency, according to local news source Globes. It was signed by finance minister Moshe Kahlon.

Background

On the first of June a new law covering financial service providers will come into effect. It will including provision for digital asset providers for the first time. The draft notice is an addition to this new law.
