Hong Kong’s Watchdog Warns Against Clone of BNP Paribas

Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the country’s financial regulator, has issued a warning against BNP Capital Partners LLC, a fraudulent clone posing as BNP Paribas, an international banking group with a presence in 75 countries, according to an SFC manifest.
