France’s financial markets regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), today appointed Bernard Coupez as the newest chairman of its board of directors, succeeding Jean-Luc Enguehard, who held this position since February 2015.
The AMF board’s ten members, appointed by the regulator after consulting with industry groups, has also announced the new composition of the Certification Board under the chairmanship of Bernard Coupez.
Most recently, Mr. Coupez served as teaching researcher at Research Centre for Economics and Law of Panthéon-Assas University.
