BCSC Promotes Peter Brady to Executive Director, Secures Douglas Muir as Chief of Enforcement

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), one of the thirteen provincial financial regulators in Canada, has selected its longtime veteran Peter Brady in the position of Executive Director, effective September 7, 2016.

As the incoming chief administrative officer of the commission, Mr. Brady will be assuming a new leadership role in overseeing the financial and administrative affairs and directing the activities of the staff to effectively enforce the Securities Act.
