Can somebody please code an indicator that shows if the Moving Average of Oscillator value is positive or negative (green or red) across multiple time frames for a currency? Time frames shown are editable and parameters of Moving Average of Oscillator should be editable too. Thanks.

I am new to this forum and wanted to know where I could find or if someone could code an indicator that gives an alarm and popup when price moves a certain number of pips in one direction (up/down)? The amount of pips would of course have to be adjustable. Thanx.
