indi that shows hi-low range of a bar

hi TRO thanks for the posts and your generosity. I remember a while ago that there was a indicator that shows the average pips of a the range ie the average excursion of the hi-low of a particular time frame. it was in the form of a histogram and had a "moving average" of the average range...

do you have anything that allows a person who is wrking full time at a full time job to have a look at the market. then set buy/sell parameters tp and SL den move off to wrk. Rather than watch the screen most of the day
