Good to hear that from someone experienced like yourself Alias, thank you.

It is a very simple entry. A bar closes over/under the previous bar. Enter on the next bar when prices moves back to the point where price closed over/under. So you have two bars for the setup and enter on the third.

I get out for a loss when I get a close over something against me beyond my LIS (or when the disaster stop is hit)

I exit at the next HTF Zline or on a close over in my favor or a big bar.

We are off to a great start. Just added up the total pippage sinds I started journaling in here and its +38! More than pleased with the results so far, especially considering I had one trade hit my disaster stop.

Entry was of a zline but a slightly different way of entering from what I have described here before.

The exit was at the end of the 15m bar. Got slipped/spreaded (lol?) 2.5 pips

Thanks, but I actually didnt. Just a little bit over breakeven. I had to go to work so got myself out of the position just before it went down.
Not to worry though, it is good to know it would have worked.

+7. Entry was a bit late

I did go against my higher timeframe bias, but it was too obvious that the short term bias (1hour) was long:

Down zline. Immediately followed by 15m momentum and then the 1h short Zline was closed over with momentum.

-14. Will show a pic later if I am still around. Made one of my more common mistakes by going down a timeframe and monitoring the price action there. According to my basic rules I should still be in the trade.
