I was today years old when I realized that 1-2-3 is the same as Higher Low - Higher High - Higher Low (and vice versa).

Yes, that. It’s the bearish equivalent. I was trying to do the bullish one. I think HH HL HH would have been the correct one.

LH - HH - LH is the 1-2-3 pattern.

Would you mind explaining more on that?

Do you look for price closing outside ranges / other relevant lines? Or what do you mean by seeing the market structure by its closing prices?
