When I see possible divergence l will be looking for a macd cross . then I will try to plot a trend line where I think the cross will happen . A 123 should be starting to take shape by now and this could be a good time to enter .That's the gist of it ,,of course there are many other things ( patterns ,z-lines ,doji boxes etc.)tucked back in the brain which may influence the decision .In the end it is always just a guess ...and if you have enough space you can be wrong many times before you have to be right ...........

Let's continue this thread. I'll be using a demo account for now, until I can do the 1-2-3 pattern without flinching. Shouldn't be too hard but we will see.

I'll be trading the GBPUSD. Looking for 1-2-3's based on a five pip Renko Block and on the default settings on MACD.

First off, thank you to all the Kreslik contributors, TRO, Dchappy, Mopar, LeMercenaire, Dojirock, and others that I probably don't remember. Also, special thanks to kark for introducing me to this thread. Let's get.

Finally, in regards to position sizing, I use what is called a labouchere system. Look it up on google and see if it floats your boat. Only difference is that I have a max position size based on balance and all my positions are the same i.e. 1,1,1,1 not the traditional 1,2,3,4 or other variants.

As of now, I'll be using micro lots, but as the trading progresses, you'll start seeing the labouchere in action.
