Hi dchappy

It sounds like you are a very happy chappy :D

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge mate - this thread is an eye opener about how simple an idea to trade can be. Your other thread is equally amazingly simple to explain. Great job!

There are so many ideas here on kreslik, It's going to be difficult to choose just one idea and stick with it.

Both of the methods you trade, just feel like something I would be comfortable with, so my gut feel is to start right here.

Thanks again shipmate.

Sure , we could do that , but 1st , I will ask you to try this .

Set up a chart just as I have it here .

You don't have to trade it ...just WATCH it for 4 weeks and don't change anything .

Get used to seeing the entries , exits ..etc.

I will try to post an end of day chart of any trades I have taken , then you

can compare to see if you saw the same trades .

Trust me ..this will be much more helpful than just watching me ,or another trader .

Also , I would advice just watching 1 pair ..you must focus ..

If renko is'nt availiable you can try a 5 min chart , but in my opinion renko is the best way to go ..

I know it works ..It is what I use to make my living..

Hopefully it will help you also ...............

That sounds a truly excellent idea dchappy - I will get set up as soon as I can remember where I put my renko :)

edit - found it! - this page could be helpful for those coming later - it includes a renko indicator. http://www.forexoma.com/renko-chart-how ... ko-charts/

BTW are you still using the combination of constant range bars and divergence (from the Ninja trader thread)- that thread suddenly went dead - that whole idea got my attention as well.

I bet you are having a good look at the new P n F thread as well :)

Just had a quick look at your chart - Are you using osma now to check for divergence?

Yes , I.m always searching for divergence .

No , haven't used the cci method in a while , but this set-up has definitely evolved from it .

Yes , point & figure has my interest , but it's over my head as yet ..
