renko, range, heikin, Japanese candles, p&f etc... time or not, price does the same thing. Just that for me I find it easier to see with a renko similiar to DC's setup ><

you are right price is the same, but i did not like heikin candles at all
for scalping they were strange. I currently use japanese candles which
do the job. PnF intrigued me because of the clarity, but the renko/range
bars are clean also and have the time element which I am not ready
to part with.

Thx,

Thought this might interest YOU:

Comparison of 5 pip renko and 5 pip II_2box reversal eu:

Also the "other" PnF indy I found using 3 box reversal alert:
No offline chart required, It's from forex-trading-made-ez.com

http://screencast.com/t/NkDv1oGHaq22

http://screencast.com/t/ote1OLMZ8DW

The one from ez is cool because as you switch time frames it automatically changes the "box" size to fit your predetermined settings.

It was coded by "Elias Gerbeth"??

I did say this in the other thread, but..

To complete your comparison you should load the MA and the OsMA indicators onto the three P&F charts you posted.

Something I didnt mention in the other thread is that mine preserves the timestamps, thus leaving time available for analysis if desired.

I have not yet found an MT4 P&F indi that allows one to do further analysis....

eg:

[provided for general example, not specific discussion]

the arrows are fractals
also on the charts is my D+extreme indicator slightly modifies to show the number of boxes to the extremes..

Interpreting charts are easy ... fix your trading philosophy, once you do then you're going to kill the banks
