Your trading is going along very well. This morning I added the CCI Woodies indi. Could you post the parameters you are using on your MT4 Ninja chart. Thanks Lis, --Patch

Thank you Lis,
My inputs match yours and I am getting the chart graph, rather than the red and white squares with MT4. Do you have any idea what is going on?
I've attached my line and color settings.
Thx, Jeff
PS How did you post your grapic without the attachment window around it?

Patch,

Line 4 and 5 are the lines for the "squares".

jz166: Note the body size of the down HA bar as compare to the bull counterparts. Also the trend was pretty bullish, beware of counter trend trade.

I did some quick stats this weekend:

Looking at the last 100 sessions ( London )
There was a Semaphore @ the open 90 times .

60 of them produced 15 - 30 pips
16 of them produced 30 - 40 pips
14 produced 50 + pips
When I say "@ the open "I am allowing about 20 mins either side of the Hr. ( 3:00 am EST here )

I realize that statistics can be interpreted many ways ..but.... If I see a Sema @ the open ,I hope to be on it like a chicken on a June- bug..hehe

Thanks for the stats, dchappy.

questions to all:

1. do you guys ONLY trade @ the open, especially London session?
2. entry. do you consider the signal HA bar body size when take a trade?
3. target. do you always close the trade at or close to the other side of LRC? do you let the profit run?
4. Once you get the signal, do you enter the trade right away, or will consider the stop loss size (say, no more than 25 pips no matter what)?

To me, I trade mostly within NY session, I get out half position at the middle line and move my stop to break even, and try to hold on the other half to the other side of LRC. Normally my stop loss size is 20-25 ticks, and the potential profit is around 30 ticks, so the risk/reward is not that good.

I can tell DM (Dchappy Method) works pretty well @ London open, but for some reasons not that well during NY session, that's why I try to add MZ to improve my odds. I also use Bill Williams stuff to catch trend trade, like today.

Any comments?

btw Lis, today I didn't take that trade in the morning, I just wanna use as study example.

thanks!

I'm looking at NT range 10 charts and it seems incredibly fast, in fact, I'm not sure of my settings are right if you look at my charts and compare to dchappy. Look good or not?
