Up or Down?

Postby Randolermo » Sat Jun 09, 2007 3:45 am

TRO, I don't have Tradestation but am thinking about getting so I can use your tools? For Milking The Cows, does your indicator say which is the best direction to buy...I can't tell from screen shots?

Read all the posts on Milking the Cow.

The _smaa_mtc_trade indicator for radar tells you which way the stocks gapped.

For charts use _DailyOpenPrevClose and look to Fade the Gap.

Of course, use one of the BuyZone indicators to trigger your entry.

Well my favorites GOOG, and APPL are right in there. I like BIDU and SHLD also. I used to favor WYNN, but it acted strange a few times lately and has dropped off my golden child list.

Avery, are these stats for the top gap fillers, or buy zone stocks, and or both? I just want to be clear, since you posted that gap fill stat list the other day?

tjmxx, thanks for sharing your inspiring success story. I have applied for a demo account with "DirectAccessElite" to start hitting up these stocks. It's all I hear about in school, so I wouldn't mind bringing my trading and my formal education another step together.. <snicker>

Avery, is the entire list available in excel format? :o
(with stock price included)

If I am understanding correctly, you guys are buying a couple hundred shares no matter which cow, yet the "cost" of trading each cow would be quite different. I'm thinking of GOOG with a price of $676.46, which is great if you bought at 300, but for day trading????

FOREX is my home but I look forward to becoming acquainted with the new price action. So many stocks to chose from! <rubs hands together>
