Really liked the entry on this one.

Missed out on a nice little short due to not having enough OPM that I wanted to risk at the time (prematurely going up into the 1stDouble stage). PA went 2 pips higher than my manual exit, then went Short.

Week Ending 1/13/17

Interesting week, really interesting trading week...
I did a large number of 10pip scalps (9 ) (large, in comparison to the fact that I don't usually aim for 10pip trades). HOWEVER, in the beginning of the week, *I AM* now making it a priority to first take the smaller, more guaranteed profits. Just to make sure that I am building away from using my own money...so many losing weeks in 2016........!
I was going to stop trading Wednesday a.m., after the trade that got me to 2.6%, (it was an NU trade @2ndDouble), but then NU made a 100% pullback, so I felt like I should try and trade it back down again.
Subjectively, I definitely had a clearer mind this week. Hoping that I have some tacit, implicit wisdom setting down firmly into my brain cells that will continue to carry over.

NU
32.5pips @2ndDouble
Set a Stop Limit Order
Adjusted my Limit Order higher, b/c I am currently in an AN trade that I want to give some time to. (Also, I don't like trading both AN & NU Short at the same time.)
Decided to adjust my Stop Limit Order one more time
Entry
Set a Stop Limit Order for my first Add-in
Add-in, 1stDouble
Set an Entry Order for my second add-in, also set a TP

Re: TygerKrane's Pip-Pickpocketing
I hate that my pics have to be so tall (675pixels x 1200pixels), but since I can no longer trade through Trade Interceptor, the most comfortable way for me to flip back and forth between both the FXCM [placing and adjusting trades] and Trade Interceptor [chart watching] apps, is to use my phone in the vertical position.
(If the pic is shorter than 1200pixels, the wicks are very difficult to see)

Re: TygerKrane's Pip-Pickpocketing
There were some other trades in particular that I really liked throughout the week. One was kind of a 'glitch' trade, the rollover volatility at 5P EST triggered my entry and TP almost simultaneously.
The other three were trades that I really liked the entry on.
AN (glitch trade)
10 pips
Set a Stop Limit Order
Triggered & TP
====####====####====
CadJ
8 pips
This was my first trade of the week, I just wanted to get some positive pips, volatility seemed slow, and based on the chart, 10 pips seemed like it would be expecting too much. But I liked the PA, so I took the entry

NU
-7 pips @1stDouble
Was attempting a higher leveraged scalp towards the psychological number .7000 , it didn't work out, despite what the PA was looking like. (Luckily, a solid trading mentality kept me from taking a bigger loss than necessary.)

Missed trade worth 40 pips
The only thought in my head when I saw this missed trade was, "How the hell am I supposed to make money when I miss trades like this?!?"
When I set the Stop Limit Order, all I wanted was a measly 6pip PB to get me into the trade...
Set Stop Limit Order
It was 817A EST, so I was hoping that 830A economic news would bring in a little volatility to hit my Limit Order
Afterwards, PA took off without me

Re: TygerKrane's Pip-Pickpocketing
I realized this week that if I only HIDE my trade entry symbols, rather than delete them, I can go back at the end of the day/week whatever, and get a bird's eye view of what the hell it was I was trying to do throughout this bastardization of ideas that I call a trading system
