Jekell and Hyde trading

Re: Jekell and Hyde trading
Spent a lot of the day trying to look at the charts like a scalper, while using the S and D indy. Really tried to get into Lem's head and try to see what he see's. Gotta say would have been a pretty producative day.

Also working on another method for trading the ES. Seems to have pretty good merit. Doesn't work everyday, but when it does its an easy 4 points or more a trade. Seeing as that's icing on the cake of what I already make, gotta say im pretty happy about it.
Re: Jekell and Hyde trading
Two of my scalp trades for today. !st trade had divergence to which let me hold it for a lil longer. Probably not really a scalp trade, but it is to me.
Scalping is very unnatural to me as its more of being in the flow with the market and stepping in at the right time. Compared to what I do is repeating the same things over and over. But was 4 for 4 today. Which is probably bad and gonna make me think Im King Kong of scalping.

Another quick 60 pips, trading zlines. Nope they don't work at all. Gotta love the confluence with the S&D indy. I love that thing and Lem for putting me on it.

Zlines seem to have a sort of ‘history’.
Price sometimes holds and sometimes breaks but we still need a break with momentum + a wick before trading in that direction (IF I’m understanding right).
However everytime price breaks out it creates a new line, how do you manage all these levels without getting lost?

What you'll find, Mira, is that as those lines build up, what you're actually seeing are areas of Supply + Demand and those form zones, as you know, not lines.

Ha ha - I was looking at GA for much of yesterday, just on a gut feeling that something was building. Nothing happened.
Today? Nope, didn't even pull up the chart, lol.
You gotta' laugh.

Or cry. Almost a 250 pip move straight down. Honestly I wouldn't have had the balls to hold it that far just dropping like that. God that was a beautiful thing.

Yes, i know. I tend to overcomplicate all the times.. that's stupid.
Sometimes it looks so easy and sometimes not.. gotta keep doing again and again and again.
Thank you guys, i love your charts

Re: Jekell and Hyde trading
My attempt from today was a bit crappy.
Price wicked the zline, reaction and then BOOM straight to the other side.
Do you think it’s more because of the target (I should’ve taken money) or that I just picked the wrong side?

Well I can't tell exactly by your charts but if the risk was $3 and it moved $6 in your favor it seems that would be an opportunity to make money.
Edit; Just throwing a guess out there but I bet over 90% of the discussion on forums has to do with entering a trade when exiting is a vital part of being profitable.
