Hi G. I'm on the Gold Coast, where all the good tenants go

I owe you a few beers for sharing the indis. When I really get the hang of this, NZ should be in reach for a long weekend, so you might even get NZ beer (or I could just bring some xxxx)

Brookmyer, when I get my act together we will have to get in touch.
Is price closing higher or lower than something? Simple yet powerful question. ..MO

Posted this to wrong thread first time :(

Had some free time and stumbled on to your thread. I don't use indicators
but I put II SUPDEM on a similator to see how it plots the supply and
demand areas.

Wow, I have you give you "KUDOS" for this indicator. It does a nice job
with the plotting of those areas and the boxes are nice to base SL
points. :D Very interesting indeed :!:

Humble, if you buy it I will drink it! Wouldnt want to appear ungrateful :)

aliasmith, thank you. I am quietly happy with that indi myself, and have a couple of ideas of improvement, which I cant work on for the next couple of weeks.

It does work fairly well although it misses some key S/R areas. Still
amazed at what it does so far.

look like I may be back in oz for a few weeks or a month to sort out some business: some tenants skipped in March, but I found out yesterday, owing three and a half kilodollars plus whatever damage theyve done plus new locks. And to think their lease says that they could have given 21 days written notice to leave at any time. What nice considerate friends I have to stop paying as soon as I leave the country

"Bredin is rich, he won't mind if we stop paying."

Here are a few of my favorite lines from old friends:

"You should loan me money"

"But you have so much and I have so little"

*all life problems here* "If there was only a way out of this mess"

"It is nice to have a friend who is wealthy"

"____ will buy our beers, he is rich"

"How about giving me a few thousand dollars, it is nothing to you"

I am sure that there are more lines...maybe we will start a new thread for them

Hey MO, et al,

I'm lower middle class (most of my friends might say no class at all) while my brother is a multi-millionaire. I would NEVER say any of those things to him. Besides, I don't drink beer, only expensive mixed drinks ;-)

It doesn't take any longer than 4 years to move from working poor to wealthy.

You have to be careful with the use of "I" and "I am" as what follows greatly influences your success in life.

aliassmith, can you post a pic of what you mean, so I can see if you think it misses the same things that I think it misses? :)
