That's interesting on the Russells, Edward. I'll plug that into my ER chart and watch it.
What time frame/TICK charts do you usually use. I've been using 500 TICK and 13 Minute candles, with momentum and TSI. Works pretty well, but I wouldn't say it gets me 75%.

Edward,
You are using an open time of 9:30 EST right? or are you redrawing the buyzone at the start of each hour?

Eudaimonia (pron.: you-die-moan-e-a) (Greek: εὐδαιμονία) is a classical Greek word commonly translated as 'happiness'. The less subjective "human flourishing" is often preferred as a translation.

"Can someone tell me how to use the buyzone on AAPL? I inserted the BuyZone as an analysis technique. Am I missing something here? I'm not seeing where this is moving in and out of the buy zone. "

Thanks Avery, I see what you're talking about. I was confused because I was only seeing ONE trade for the entire day. I thought that price action was supposed to move in and out of the zone all day yielding multiple trading opportunities. I'm still confused about this. The buyzone is supposed to be reset every hour on the hour correct? It's not resetting itself, so is it suppose to, or do I need to manually move the lines every hour on the hour? Thanks for the input Avery, I appreciate it.

Cam:

You're mixing AAPLs and YENs...LOL!

FOR EQUITIES, YOU DO NOT RESET THE BUY ZONE. There are only 6 1/2 hours of trading ( not including pre market and after hours ).

For currencies, you can reset the buy zone every hour if you like.

Avery, have you thought about writing an indicator for the currencies that resets itself every hour?
