Hi Patch, allow me to answer, it's a nifty screen tool from blubbb that shows real time price on top of whatever you're looking at so that you don;t have to switch to MT4 all the time to see what's going on. You'll see a pic at the bottom of page 22 ;)

blubbb wrote:Here's another one. I found the VisualOrders EA too inflexible, so I made a script that I have on Ctrl-V. I like it much better.
If you execute it once, two lines appear. Select and drag the white line to the price where you want to open a limit/stop order. The blue line is the stop loss line. Drag it as well, then execute the script again.
The lines get deleted and instead a limit/stop order is opened. The risk is automatically calculated (adjust the percentage in the source code on top).
The script automatically detects whether you want to go long or short.

Hi Blubbb, can you help me on this one?

I have two lines, one white limit/stop order and the other blue stop loss line. When I execute again, the order is pending.

But when the order gets hit, size is calculated (this is bloomin fantastic btw :)), limit/stop order is in, but the stop loss order disappears, and then I have to manually put in the SL order, is this correct?

No, the size gets calculated when you execute the script the second time. But that should not make a difference.

The stoploss, however, should be there! If not, this is an error. Maybe you have one of these brokers where you cannot put in an order and at the same time set the SL? If your version of the script already has an "ECN" variable, try setting this to "true".

Hi Blubb

I hope you don't mind me putting forward an idea...?

I've been using HUD to watch PA on a chart within another timeframe...ie watching a m5 chart with a HUD set to m1 to watch PA inside PA. With several charts open and several HUDs going the screen gets messy quick. I was wondering if a right click to hide individual HUDs and a hotkey to make them all visable again could be added as a feature at some point if its possible?

If not, thats fine. Its still my favourite indi. :) Just thought Id ask

Hi Blubbb,

Yes, the problem seems like the ECN variable when I set to 'true' and only for STOP orders.

So when I set the ECN to true, I execute script second time and then, STOP order is pending but SL order disappears. LIMIT orders seems ok.

I have download and installed again but still the same problem.
