Look at the "Journal" and "Experts" tabs in the terminal. Maybe there are some error messages. My idea would be that your broker does not accept new orders which already include SL or TP. In this case, I would have to change the EA so that it first creates the order and sets the SL later.

Some months ago I asked people to tell apart real charts and random number charts. Someone claimed it didn't matter anyway and you could trade a chart of numbers thought up by a baby. And often I read that people could beat a casino if they knew when enough is enough. But can you know? Hmmm.
I had this idea to write a program where everyone can try for themselves for a long time. This is what I came up with today.

It simply uses random numbers downloaded from Random.org and in every tick price either goes up or down. I didn't want to use a random number generator, ie pseudo random numbers, but real ones. You can go long or short at any time (but not simultaneously). In the lower right corner you can see some statistics.

Frankly speaking, I don't really believe in this random system
or any other random system.

What will be the statistics for a long run?
Random loses and random wins.
According to Murphy's law - more loses.
Trader is not going to have any advantage.
I saw people trying to make a sweet systems from
actual coin flip - no luck. At maximum, your
win rate could be within 45% - 55%.
Minus commissions, spread, etc - not much left
from the win (if any).
The only good thing, that (if followed blindly),
it completely eliminates "human emotions" factor.

As for MT5. I don't cross a bridge before I have arrived at it. I'm sure there will still be changes in the software in the next months. At least there will be changes in my indicators. I don't like doing everything twice.
