There is more to it than that. There is the reading, video game playing, movie watching, and talking about trading that needs to get done.

Sometimes the talking about trading makes me miss trades. I get wrapped up chatting in discord or making a post.

Sounds like you need to go back to the 5min chart since your socialising is making you miss trades on the 1m chart

I'm thinking of adding some swing back in my life. H1 or H4. Sometimes it seems like more work.

1m is over faster I guess, but H1 / 4 might let you be down at the beach on your phone making those kind of trades since its less demanding.

I'd like to say there is more freedom in M1 because I can finish 5 to 6 days worth of trading on H1 in a single trading session but then after the session's over I'm too drained to do anything else and say "tomorrow I'll get a day off and do this and that". But then, after logging in to Kreslik, I get pulled back to the chart and "kinda" delay that tomorrow stuff and this cycle is deadly

When you're comfy with M1 trading, going to the beach feels like forever

That is 1 reason Why M1 is great. Trade for 6 hours make more than most people make in a week then take a feww days off.

The reason H1 and H4 are nice is I can easily manage several accounts in the millions.

Do you only trade during the Asian session though?
Do you still use the same setup or there's an update to it?

A cold drink and Asian session and I'm at home. I do trade New York session often...like the 12:30pm to 3:30pm time
Something about the lower volatility, relaxed feel. Because I used to converse with fellow traders, these times allow be to do both at the same time.

I use the same setup on a chart, no matter what time frame, and whatever I'm trading.
When I trade two time frames, its a multi candle / swing setup, again same way, but with a candle by candle entry (on lower time frame)
I don't deviate from what works for me.
