Doji,
Here is my trade on GJ today. I have two questions. What you think of the entry?
and what do you think of the exit plan? or would you stay in the trade until it hits my sl.
they are both explained on the charts. thanks in advance.
I didnt put my tp area but it would be around the 150.75 area.

no, emergency stop loss would be the 3 sema(lower) and conservative SL would be a close below the Dojizone.

Re: A fresh start! Doji's Trading Journal
Finished trade. 1hr over/under price action and a 15min confirmation. long.
It got pretty hairy in the middle of the trade but it eventually went where price was going.
I stayed in the trade even though price was shooting the other way as you see in the 15min. I stayed in with your advice of doji. price not closing over area of 1hr box area and no sema 3(lower).
Any pointers would be great. ANy other insight on the trade that i don't see would be great.
this was demo trade but glad it worked out.

Re: A fresh start! Doji's Trading Journal
Here is another one 5min chart 1min helped showing momo in direction of my trade at the top of move. Hopefully i am getting this right. Thanks doji
I wanted to add also i took this 5min trade because higher tf didnt show me anything. I start from 1hr down to 15 down to 5 to see if theres any price action to enter in. If 5 min has a setup after looking at higher tf showing me nothing i take the 5min. Also i look @ 4hr for good measure to make sure no setups are working against me. I dont trade 4hr but looking at it helps me gauge if direction im trading shouldnt get blocked by stronger tf.

Looking great.
Remember based on your goals, a 5 mn and 1 min setup will only give so much of a range.
Your spot on again.

Looking at the charts now i could see why you wouldve passed on it. Im seeing that the price action showed momentum red candle down to get to the wicked areas for the long. Which would tell you not go long anymore.
Cheers let me know if im missing any other insight on these trades im posting. I will be posting more on my thread also just to keep yours clean and clear.
