Buy yourself a jawbone up... Set a goal of 10 thousand steps a day, grab your tablet or set some alerts for the walk and start trying to hit your goal every day...

Have a look at the device online... It even allows you to log food in take..

Not a bad idea to go have your BMI / CHOLESTEROL / GLUCOSE / BLOOD PRESSURE checked... Just so you realize how serious this stuff is... Also if you are a smoker them quit immediately...

I had my annual checks done this weekend and am happy to report I'm a very low risk with readings at normal levels

Start by skipping breakfast. And move your carbs as close to eve. as possible.
Walk 30m out and 30m back every day...can start smaller but that is the ultimate goal.
You can get 90% of all health benefits from walking and decent food intake.
Drink lots of water.

In your spare time listen to the body.io podcasts. Or better yet, when your walking. This will get your mind off trading and on your body.

Lifting heavy is relative. You can do squats/lunges, ect. at your weight. Push-ups would most likely feel heavy too.
I dont want to hear any bogus excuses about squats being bad or hard either, if you take a s**t then you can do sit-to-stands off the couch....LOL
Same thing.
The great thing about lifting heavy is that your muscles burn LOTS more energy when rebuilding and replenishing themselves LONG after the work has been done. This can even help transfer glucose from your blood directly to the muscles without the need for insulin transporter. This helps pre-diabetics and diabetics tremendously.

The Dr. Gundry podcast is an excellent one.
You can also search for some others by him on the net.
Keifers latest one on rants is good but may go over the head of most people if they havn't listened to a bunch of the others.

Best to start at the beginning.
Only like 30 or 40 of em anyway. You'd have them all listened to in like 2 mo. or less if you walk almost every day.
Happy Carb-nite.
Oh, I got both books if you want em'. thought I already gave them to you, if not. hit me up.
Carb-backloading 2.0 is about to be released, I'm getting it too. All the most recent research and cuts through a lot of the crap that's being spewed out there now.

Very interesting adding method. I might have to try
it out when I get a chance. I'll need to study it more
before that.
