I have been working on a trading concept for a while now on demo. I would like to post it at this point to share with what I have.
I have paper charted this on regular candle charts with and without wicks.
The charts without wicks do improve the results. The logic then turned to rangebars or P&F charts in which im currently charting on p&f. To my surprise it has been a big improvement on the results. Areas need to be worked on are, tp, emergency sl, and the possability to adding cc to the p&F chart, thus using the concept with the cc.
Here is my pic with an explanation. I want to keep the concept as simple as possible.
I use the last swing to determine my baseline. I then draw a 45 degree angle to the base line and we will call it the hot line. The hot line only gets slid up or down when a new high or low is made. Crossing the hotline reverses the trade. I color coded the lines as to keep the confusion down on which ones are for which trades. By using the last swings after activation of the revesal it automatically adjust the angle for the next segment of trades.
