"Entry doesnt matter" I have know idea what that means, how can it not matter.....

anyways, I went short, up about 50 something pips now........how do I incorporated "Space" into this? I am currently short with 1 lot. It sounds like to me you dont care about where the entry is, by utilizing space you manage your trade till its what? Im lost. Maybe my hangup is, Space is a different concept and cant be used while scalping?
my success rate with time charts bigger than 4hrs is less than 20....
can I even use space?

If I close this trade now, and say $500 profit...gives me some space right?
Space builds up staying power to goto higher time frame charts...what direction? I dont know! Any help here please??

You cannot (I cannot) trade space with 1 lot...
2 lots maybe, but even then you are stuck with the 1
lot short-stick after a partial stop or TP.

3 lots is as low as you can possible go without severely limiting your
strategical options.

Your exact entry doesn't matter, this does:

#1: Position in the market
#2: Position Size prior to range expansion
#3: Range expansion

Your job is 1 & 2.

Thanks MO,

I have a goal to get there...I will resume the space thing when I get there.
Until then...I will keep scalpin.. :)
thanks for the chart, I think I understand what your getting at.

Until then I will try to help the few that have been asking me how I determine my entries...the best I can

Please remember I consider myself a scalper, short termtrader....someday to be able to trade long term is my goal

There are many ways to explain it, this is just my way...hope it helps.
